Class Policies

Entry Ticket

You will be required to present or show us the digital ticket confirmation that was emailed to you before the class. 

Payment Policy

Payment is required to be made for your seat to be confirmed. No reservations will be entertained.

Refunds/Transfer of classes to another name

Our Refund policy is:

• 2 weeks before - 50% refund of fee
• 1 week before - No refund can be provided

Alternatively, you may transfer the seat to another person.

Changing of time and date for private home-based lesson

Time and date for private home-based lessons are usually fixed at least 2 weeks in advanced.

We will allow one change of date to a later one, subjected to our availability. Subsequent changes will be charged at SGD10 per change, and be made payable on the lesson day.
